When I was younger, I never imagined that I’d become a wedding photographer. I started shooting when I was 15 years old with a basic digital camera my parents bought me. Quickly, my side hobby grew into a passion, and I knew photography was my life calling. Over the years, I’ve worked to develop my style – shooting everything from gourmet food to various types of concerts. But above all, I love capturing emotion and telling a story with my photos. Weddings, I finally realized, are the perfect outlet for me to do exactly that.
My approach to shooting a wedding is very simple and relaxed. I like to think of myself as a fly on the wall. Most of my favorite pictures are taken when the clients aren’t aware I’m shooting – it’s in these authentic moments that a story is told. That being said, I will definitely help you look your best by giving you clear and simple direction when needed. I try to avoid cliché whenever possible. All of my wedding packages include a password-protected online gallery that is clean, organized, and highly responsive. If you choose a package that includes an engagement session, you will receive two galleries – one for your engagement session and one for your wedding. Also, the gallery allows my clients to batch download high resolution photos right to their computer/device.

“Colin was absolutely amazing when shooting our wedding. From start to finish, he knew what photos to take and how to take them. His collected demeanor and vast amount of experience helped ensure that everyone in our party knew what to do and when do do it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing photographer who can fit into a wedding party as if he has known the families for decades.” -James Millard
“It takes a certain artistic eye to catch and capture the beauty of a moment – an elusive moment. When your child gets married, you want photos of the event but you hope with all your heart, that the photos will be more than just photographs-that they reflect the warmth and love of the day. Colin has an amazing artistic talent to do just that. He did not disappoint. He caught the emotion of the day and we are so grateful for his work.” -David Kozlowski
