I finally had some time over the holidays to go through and edit some of my personal photos from my trip to Chicago.

I arrived late on a Thursday night and after checking into my hotel room, I immediately went to Giordano’s because I’ve never had deep dish pizza before and I had to check it out. Coincidentally, the Buffalo Bills were on Thursday night football so I was able to watch them play at the bar! This was the first time I travelled completely alone so it made me feel at home! Additionally, everyone I encountered in Chicago was extremely nice and personable.

The city’s architecture really blew me away. Everything is so modern, clean, and well planned out. I was able to do a boat tour right on the Chicago River that gave me amazing perspective on the city’s history and beauty.
