This is the shoot that almost never happened. We showed up to Tift Nature Preserve and it immediately started thundering and raining. The first photo was taken in the backseat of Caralyn and Brian’s car while we tried to wait it out. After fifteen minutes of no end in sight, we decided it would be best to reschedule and try a different day. I got back in my car and drove off. Not two minutes later I got a call from Caralyn that she’s standing outside of her car and the rain has stopped! I pulled my car over, did a u-turn, and raced back. By the time I arrived, the sun was starting poke out and we were able to start shooting! The rest of the engagement session was pure magic – we caught a rainbow, had some champagne, and hung out with one cute doggie named Walter 🙂 We also made it to city hall for some twighlight goodness.
